DAN FALLONDan founded RMS in 1996 to better service industry with products that bring innovation and solutions to market. He has spent the last 41 years in the industry providing engineering service and product technology to the customer.

RYAN FALLONRyan graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison in Mechanical Engineering. He spent his first year with Navistar as a project engineer in Thermal Management. He also spent several years working at RMS in engineering and sales positions. Ryan joined the company in 2012 bringing additional engineering and sales capabilities to better service our customers.

BRAD STUDNISKIBrad is from the Saint Cloud, MN area and graduated from Saint John's University in 2012 - with a business and history double major. He brings 12+ years of sales experience from different industries including technology, insurance, and material handling. He was in the insurance industry for the past 4 years and decided to join the industrial manufacturing industry as he has been around the products to some capacity, throughout his life.

MEGAN SEILTZMegan graduated from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse in Marketing. She spent 6 years working at Kohl's Corporate and Kaplan Professional in page layout and management positions and brought 6 years of experience in project management when she joined RMS in 2018.
